What this website collects
- What you type into the contact form and send: your name, company, e-mail address, telephone number if you give one, your role, the topic and your message.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or advertising tags.

How a message reaches us
Depending on how the site is set up, the form either opens your own e-mail app with the message written out, which you then send, or sends the details to us over an encrypted connection.
What we do with it
We use it to reply, to arrange and hold a meeting, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Our basis
Your consent, given when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. We handle personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you write to us from another country, we handle your data to the same standard and answer requests under the law that applies to you.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purpose you sent it for. We delete it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, complete, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, and name someone to act for you. Write to fleet@neuraldrifts.com with “Privacy” in the subject.
The platform
The Neural Drift platform runs separately and is covered by your contract with us, not by this notice.
